Enhance your celebration with a specially curated New Year’s Eve menu featuring exquisite culinary delights. Begin with a velvety cream of caramelised onion soup enriched with chestnuts, truffle, and foie gras. Follow with a refreshing salad of poached pears in Commandaria wine, mixed salad leaves, baby spinach, dried figs, pecan nuts, pomegranate, panko-crusted goat cheese, and honey balsamic vinaigrette. Indulge in a cold appetizer of chicken terrine with fresh vegetables, beetroot puree, dehydrated prosciutto, baby arugula, coriander mayonnaise, and creamy parmesan salsa. 

For the main course, savour a perfectly prepared beef Wellington tenderloin marinated in French mustard, Parma ham, mushrooms, and chestnuts, wrapped in puff pastry, served with potato purée, steamed vegetables, and a rich red wine sauce. End your dining experience with a delightful Christmas chocolate pinecone featuring chocolate mousse, raspberry praline, fresh raspberries, and Oreo biscuit soil dusted with icing sugar.
