The project was developed, managed, and operated by highly reputable and established companies including Avax S.A, Francoudi & Stephanou Ltd, Cybarco Ltd, LMDC Ltd, G Paraskevaides Ltd και Stamoland Properties Ltd.

Project contractors included Marina Lemesou Joint Venture - Avax S.A., Cybarco Contracting Limited και G Paraskevaides Ltd.

The Marina is managed and operated by F&S Marinas Ltd. Architectures: French Master Planner, Atelier Xavier Bohl, in cooperation with Sogreah Cyprus Limited - A.F. Modinos & S.A. Vrahimis Architects & Engineers Joint Venture.

YACHTING SUCCESS

  • More than 400 annual berth holders with yachts in the marina.
  • Over 10,000 yacht arrivals welcomed and handled.
  • Over 3,000 unique boats have berthed at the marina.
  • More than 280 unique superyachts (over 25m) arrived at Limassol Marina with the biggest ones to be 111m and 143m in our superyacht anchorage.
  • Over 1,100 haul-outs took place at the marina using the Limassol Marina Boatyard for maintenance and light repairs.
  • Over 10,000 international arrivals have been processed since marina operations began.
  • The marina has welcomed over 400 unique superyachts to its waters since opening, including some of the world’s largest, most famous and most spectacular.
  • Over 1,100 haul-outs have been performed, with vessels using the marina’s boatyard for maintenance and light repairs.

  • Contracts in excess of almost €600 million signed for the exclusive residences.
  • All apartments and villas are ready to move into.
  • More than 96% of the total properties on the sea at Limassol Marina have been sold
  • More than 90% of ready to move in Castle Residences apartments are sold, leaving only 5 apartments available for sale starting from €3,9M.
  • Properties sold to over 50 nationalities, reflecting broad appeal in unique offering.
  • More than 60% of the sold property units have permanent year-round residents.
