Celebrating mental and physical health and well-being

This September, we are excited to invite you to participate in World Wellness Weekend, an annual global initiative dedicated to promoting healthy living and overall well-being.

In collaboration with Sanctum Spa and Gazebo Mare, Limassol Marina will host two special events aimed at rejuvenation, energy, and well-being, as part of Limassol Marina's 10-year celebrations.

On 20 September at 19:00, Gazebo Mare will present the Sunset Beach Workout, offering participants a unique fitness experience by the sea, as the sun sets in a breathtaking setting. The following morning, on 21 September at 08:00, guests can enjoy a Morning Yoga Session, suitable for all fitness levels. This session will focus on promoting flexibility, mental clarity, and inner balance.

Additionally, Sanctum Spa will organise a variety of other wellness events as part of the World Wellness Weekend initiative, focusing on physical health, mental wellness, emotional well-being, and environmental consciousness.

Held annually on the third weekend of September, World Wellness Weekend unites communities across 140 countries in activities designed to nurture physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as environmental sustainability. Thousands of wellness professionals, yoga studios, fitness centres, and health clubs worldwide will offer free or discounted activities to make wellness accessible to all.
